Civil szervezetek jogszabályi kötelezettségei

2014. március 15-én hatályba lépett az új
Polgári Törvénykönyv (Ptk.), amely rendelkezik az egyesületek és
alapítványok létrehozására, működtetésére vonatkozó alapvető
szabályokról is. A törvény átmeneti rendelkezései *2016. március 15-ig
adnak haladékot arra, hogy a hatálya alá tartozók, így a civil
szervezetek alapszabályukat (egyesületeknél) illetve alapító okiratukat
(alapítványoknál) az új előírásokkal összhangba hozzák*.

Civil Szervezetek Figyelem!

Az Országgyűlés 2011. december 15-én elfogadta az új Civil Törvényt, amely 2012. január 1-jén lépett életbe. A törvény alapvetően átalakítja a Magyarországon bejegyzett civil szervezetek jövőjét és lehetőségeit. Az új törvény az egyesülési jog gyakorlásának lehetőségét kiterjeszti a régebben hatályos szabályozáshoz képest.
